How to edit your calendar file
- Choose a file, drop it onto the import box, or paste ICS text.
- Search for an event. Edit its title and emoji, dates, time zone, location, notes or supported repeat rule, then save changes. Undo or reset if needed.
- Download the whole calendar and reopen it to check the result before importing it into your calendar app.
What stays protected
This editor keeps the original calendar structure. Alarms, attendees, organizers, recurrence exceptions, time-zone definitions, unknown properties and non-event components stay in the file. Imported HTML and links are treated as text.
Dates for series with exceptions, embedded or unknown time zones, duration-based events, malformed dates and advanced recurrence rules are preserved read-only. Ambiguous identities and scheduling messages are read-only. Normal events remain editable. Existing repeat rules ending on an UNTIL date cannot be changed with these controls; newly chosen end dates are preserved this way after saving.
Limits: 2 MiB per file, 2,000 saved events, 50,000 lines, 64 KiB per folded property and 16 component levels. A file over a limit is rejected as a whole. Recurrences are never expanded into a finite list.
